Online registration for the challenge opens on April 10 and continues through May 1, 2017. The four-week Challenge competition kicks off on April 17 and continues through May 13!
Each week we will include special activities and/or challenges for those who participate this spring. We require participants to submit their exercise minutes online at the end of each week during the challenge. To be eligible for a prize, participants need to exercise at least 90 minutes each week.
