Spring Into Fitness! We are challenging our students, faculty and staff to find what moves you. The Department of Health and Human Services recommends healthy adults to exercise at least 150 minutes per week. We would love to help you with this challenge. For the next 4 weeks, pick a variety of fitness opportunities on campus and around Richmond to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Online registration for the challenge opens on April 10 and continues through May 1, 2017. The four-week Challenge competition kicks off on April 17 and continues through May 13!
