Intro to Mat Pilates - $70.00

Mat Pilates is a practice of developing core strength, functional movements and connection of the mind and body through breath. In this 6-week course, you’ll increase your full-body strength, by first developing a supportive core. With consistent attendance, you can expect to see a progressive increase in strength, stability and mobility. If you’re newer to exercise, looking to get back to the basics, or hoping to develop functional strength, this course is for you! Questions? Email fitness@vcu.edu
