Cycle Express - Cary St Gym - $0.00

Cycle Express is a great way to get an awesome workout, fast! Whether it is an endurance climb or a series of short strength intervals, indoor cycling classes are designed to add a great cardiovascular challenge to anyone's weekly workouts. Instructors choose the course each ride takes, motivating you to reach your goals along the way.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Tuesday 6:15-7:00am (Marwa)

Wednesday 8:00-8:45pm (Maya/Anna)

Wednesday 12:15-1:00pm (Emily)

Thursday 6:15-7:00am (Maryn)

Friday 12:15-1:00pm (Megan)

Saturday 10:00-10:45am (Megan)
