Three workouts in one! The 20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout through three 20-minute segments of work. Instructors choose their specific format but expect a mix of cardio training, strength training, core work, and/or flexibility training.
All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance
