TBC is for anyone looking to combine a strength and cardio workout in one! A traditional interval training class, which utilizes cardio and weight training segments to provide a total body workout.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Tuesday 5:15-6:15 pm (MAC) (Olivia)

Thursday 5:15-6:15 pm (MAC) (Amelia)
