Total Body Conditioning - Cary St Gym - $0.00

TBC is for anyone looking to combine a strength and cardio workout in one! A traditional interval training class, which utilizes cardio and weight training segments to provide a total body workout.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Location: Group Ex Studio & MAC

Monday 5:15-6:15pm MAC (Olivia)

Wednesday 5:15-6:15pm MAC (Marwa)

Thursday 7:00-7:45am Group Ex Studio (Sophia)

Friday 8:00-8:45am Group Ex Studio (Courtney)

Friday 5:15-6:15pm MAC (Alejandro)

Saturday 11:00-11:45am Group Ex Studio (Amelia)
