Program Details

TBC is for anyone looking to combine a strength and cardio workout in one! A traditional interval training class, which utilizes cardio and weight training segments to provide a total body workout.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Location: Group Ex Studio or MAC

Spring Schedule

Sunday 10:00-10:45 AM (Ruby)

Monday 5:15-6:00 PM (Maddie/Ashleigh)

Wednesday 5:15-6:00 PM (Maddie)
