Program Details

TBC is for anyone looking to combine a strength and cardio workout in one! A traditional interval training class, which utilizes cardio and weight training segments to provide a total body workout.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Location: Group Ex Studio or MAC

Sunday 10:15-11:00 AM (Ruby)- Group Exercise Studio

Monday 5:15-6:00 PM (Shayna)- MAC

Wednesday 5:15-6:00 PM (Jackson)- MAC
