Total Body Conditioning - Cary St Gym - $0.00

TBC is for anyone looking to combine a strength and cardio workout in one! A traditional interval training class, which utilizes cardio and weight training segments to provide a total body workout.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Location: Group Ex Studio or MAC

Tuesday 7:45-8:30 AM (Emily P) - Group Exercise Studio

Wednesday 5:15-6:00 PM (Quincy) - MAC
