Power Yoga - Cary St Gym - $0.00

This more advanced yoga class incorporates flowing sequences and dynamic standing postures to build strength and endurance. Breathwork, flexibility, and relaxation will also be incorporated in order to achieve a balanced practice. Great for those who have experienced yoga before.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Monday 6:45-7:45 PM (Sydney M)

Tuesday 12:00-1:00 PM (Summer)

Wednesday 7:00-8:00 AM (Alex)

Wednesday 5:30-6:30 PM (Sydney M)

Friday 7:30-8:30 AM (Alex/Carolyn)
