Functional Fitness Training - $38.00

Functional Fitness Training is a high-intensity circuit centered around the first floor Synrgy360 at Cary Street Gym. A Certified Personal Trainer leads a small group through an hour-long exercise session emphasizing proper movement of functional exercises while engaging participants in challenging routines. All fitness levels are welcome as every exercise can be scaled to fit the abilities of all participants. A max class size of 8 members ensures individual attention and the opportunity to meet new people and work hard as a team. This small group training program will help you move better, lose body fat, and increase your fitness.
