Program Details

A deep water cardiovascular and strength workout that provides a low impact and medium-high intensity workout using a buoyancy belt. This class is no impact making it a great environment for those with injuries or limitations.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Location: Activity Pool

Spring Schedule

Sunday 9:30-10:15 AM (Adrian)

Tuesday 8:00-8:45 AM (Darby)

Tuesday 7:30-8:30 PM (Richard)
