Program Details

Each Friday, we want to help spice up your fitness routine by offering a different class every week. These classes will be formats we do not typically offer regularly during the week so you won't want to miss out! Be sure to ask a group exercise instructor during the week to get more information on this week's class offering.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance.

TIME: 5:15-6:15 PM

2/28 HIIT It!

Location: Group Ex Studio

Instructor(s): Ruby

Join us for a fast-paced fusion class of cardio kickboxing and HIIT! This class will follow the structure of cardio kickboxing, while adding HIIT elements to create a fun and challenging workout. Open to everyone, no experience necessary!
