Program Details

Each Friday, we want to help spice up your fitness routine by offering a different class every week. These classes will be formats we do not typically offer regularly during the week so you won't want to miss out! Be sure to ask a group exercise instructor during the week to get more information on this week's class offering.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance.

TIME: 5:15-6:15 PM

9/20 HIIT Competition

Location:MAC

Instructor(s): Shayna

Looking for a great HIIT workout with a competitive twist? This is the class for you! Two teams will compete to finish a circuit first. Each circuit will target a specific muscle group and the team who finishes the circuit second has to do an extra cardio move!

9/27 HIIT Arm Balance and Inversion Workshop

Location:Mind Body StudioC

Instructor(s): Jess and Taylor

Change your perspective and get upside down this week! We will guide you through fun, challenging asanas from crow pose to legs up the wall to handstand. Learn the tools to achieving that next level pose. Acceptable for all levels.
