Each Friday, we want to help spice up your fitness routine by offering a different class every week during the 4-5pm timeslot. These classes will be formats we do not typically offer regularly during the week so you won't want to miss out! Be sure to ask a group exercise instructor during the week to get more information on this week's class offering.
All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance.

8:00-9:00 a.m Sunrise Yoga
Wake up with the sun! Energize your mind, body, and spirit in this classic Vinyasa class, linking movement with breath. Start your day off feeling alive. Great for beginners!
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Laughter Yoga
An invite for you to “laugh for no reason,” faking it until it becomes real. Laughter yoga is a new twist on an ancient practice. Not only does it increase happiness, but it also strengthens the immune system, reduces pain and lowers stress. More contagious than a cough or sneeze, laughter relaxes the whole body.
1:15 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga
Take your practice off land and onto a paddleboard to test your balance and find your aqua-zen. Meet us in the Activity Pool and be sure to wear a bathing suit/shorts. Only 8 drop-in spots.
2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Arm Balances
Improve your balance and strengthen your core with a variety of arm balances designed to help you soar in your practice. Expect a warm-up to prepare you for advanced poses such as crow, koundinyasana, handstands and more! Prior yoga experience preferred, but we will get you to where you need to be!
4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. FUNdamental Partner Acro Yoga
Grab a friend and get ready to practice FUNdamental partner acro yoga poses! We will start with partner synchronicity exercises to establish a foundation of trust and communication. This will be followed by partner acro, creating confidence within and allowing your heart to connect with another!
5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. Chakra Yoga
Take a journey into your energy centers that contain the blueprint to your physical reality. Learn about what each chakra represents in your inner and outer life and practice a variety of ways to harmonize these energy centers. This class will utilize breath, visualizations and physical postures to restore a healthy flow of energy to all of your chakras. You will leave feeling open and balanced!
6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Restorative Yoga
Relax and unwind with this meditative and restorative yoga class! This gentle, all-level friendly yoga class will give you the opportunity to slow down, connect with your breath, and give yourself the care and love you deserve. Great for a post-workout cool-down, if you’re nursing an injury, or simply want to de-stress.
