Each Friday, we want to help spice up your fitness routine by offering a different class every week during the 4-5pm timeslot. These classes will be formats we do not typically offer regularly during the week so you won't want to miss out! Be sure to ask a group exercise instructor during the week to get more information on this week's class offering.

Class 1/19-TRX Yoga Strength w/ Hannah and Sydney:This fusion class combines a full-body strength workout in a Yoga Flow presentation, all with the use of the TRX suspension trainer. Whether your client be a pro-athlete or an elder, this all inclusive workout can help everyone to bring out their inner power yogi with a focus on strength, balance, stability, and flexibility. Improve your fitness and personal yoga practice, in a new fun style!
