Each Friday, we want to help spice up your fitness routine by offering a different class every week during the 4-5pm timeslot. These classes will be formats we do not typically offer regularly during the week so you won't want to miss out! Be sure to ask a group exercise instructor during the week to get more information on this week's class offering.
All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance.

Sept 22nd:Kick for HIIT

Kick for HIIT is a class that combines two of our toughest classes into one! The first class will incorporate cardio kickboxing combinations for a full body workout. Then you will transition into the high-intensity interval training piece that will not only challenge your stamina but your muscular strength also!
