Each Friday, we want to help spice up your fitness routine by offering a different class every week during the 5-6pm timeslot. These classes will be formats we do not typically offer regularly during the week so you won't want to miss out! Be sure to ask a group exercise instructor during the week to get more information on this week's class offering.
All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance.
