Each Friday, we want to help spice up your fitness routine by offering a different class every week. These classes will be formats we do not typically offer regularly during the week so you won't want to miss out! Be sure to ask a group exercise instructor during the week to get more information on this week's class offering.

Looking to build up a healthy sweat? Join us in this vinyasa-based power yoga class where we will create firey energy to heat our mind and body's and clear out toxins. Breath technique will also be utilized as a cleansing method. The class will then wind down and end with a cooling and soothing guided meditation. All are welcome!3/8 None over Spring Break
