Aqua Bootcamp - Cary St Gym - $0.00

Water exercise offers 12 times the resistance of land-based exercise, without the added stress on the body and joints. This class will provide a cross-training opportunity to challenge your cardiovascular and muscular strength, making it ideal for all ages and fitness levels.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Location: Leisure (Shallow) Pool

Wednesday 5:15-6:00 pm (Allison)
