The intermediate weightlifting class is for participants with at least 1 year of consistent Olympic weightlifting experience. The class is taught by a USAW-certified Sports Performance Coach and will focus on improving and refining the technique in the snatch and clean and jerk, while increasing the strength and mobility of participants with challenging complexes and skill work. This class is held twice per week, with the assumption that participants will complete their own strength work and light technique practices when the class does not meet.
