This class designed for athletes looking to enhance their sport performance by improving their agility, speed, reactivity and power. Participants will learn a variety of drills that will translate directly to sport specific movements that will aid their performance on the court and/or field. Advanced Bootcamp will be held at Cary Street Gym upstairs in the MAC, where the class will have space to move freely and without interruption.
In the first two weeks, participants will focus on developing their speed and agility in multiple directions. The next stage of the class will incorporate reactivity while continuing to hone the skills learned in stage one. The third and final stage will utilize plyometric exercises to build power on top of the movement skills learned in the first four weeks.
