Program Details

HIIT (high-intensity interval training) is a training technique in which you give all-out, quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Workouts are scalable to any fitness level with a focus on cardio and muscular strength/endurance.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Location: MCV Campus Rec Center Group Exercise Studio

Spring Schedule

Monday 6:30-7:00 PM (Jackson)

Tuesday 6:15-6:45 PM (Kim R)

Thursday 5:00-5:45 PM (Adrian)
