Pilates - Cary St Gym - $0.00

This popular class incorporates core strengthening exercises coupled with breathing techniques that allow for a stronger and more functional body. Equipment is used to vary the exercises and intensities. All levels welcome!

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Location: Mind Body Studio

Monday 11:00am - 12:00pm (Rachel)

Wednesday 5:30-6:30 pm (Courtney)

Thursday 12:00-12:45 pm (Natalie)
