This popular class incorporates core strengthening exercises coupled with breathing techniques that allow for a stronger and more functional body. Equipment is used to vary the exercises and intensities. All levels welcome!

Tuesday 7:45-8:30am (Rachel)

Thursday 7:15-8:00am (Rachel/Jess)
