TRX Training uses tools and movements that challenge the entire body in every plane of motion. The body is an interconnected chain of muscles and every movement we perform is a whole-body movement. Join a group setting to challenge your entire body in ways you may never have before. Each class is a new workout with a similar structure incorporating some strength, cardio, and balance.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Location: Group Ex Studio

Monday 8:00-8:45 am (Aviana)

Tuesday 12:0012:45 pm (Hannah)

Wednesday 6:00-6:45 pm (Darielle)

Thursday 6:15-7:00 am (Marwa)
