TRX Training uses tools and movements that challenge the entire body in every plane of motion. The body is an interconnected chain of muscles and every movement we perform is a whole-body movement. Join a group setting to challenge your entire body in ways you may never have before. Each class is a new workout with a similar structure incorporating some strength, cardio, and balance.
