Ten-hut! Join us for this 7-week class taught by Certified Personal Trainers who are currently enlisted in the US Military. Training will be focused on improving performance in the newly released Army Combat Fitness Test, which features six key elements: the 3 repetition maximum deadlift, the standing power throw, the hand-release pushup, the spring-drag-carry, the leg tuck and the two mile run. Not in the Army? No problem. This class is sure to improve your performance in any of the other branch's fitness tests. Great for anyone interested in serving, currently serving or veterans in the armed forces.
