Welcome to Bootcamp. This interval-style class will utilize strength and cardiovascular training to get you fit and healthy, challenge your mind and body, and most importantly: make fitness fun. Our Certified Personal Trainers will take you through 6 weeks of progressing workouts to break through plateaus and provide maximum results. Get down and dirty with small groups of no more than 15 and utilize our specialty fitness equipment. After 6 weeks, you’ll be wondering why it took you so long to sign up in the first place. No prior experience is necessary and our Trainers can modify all exercises to fit your current skill level, while coaching you to improve your body's capabailities. Questions?
