Learn how to successfully perform the squat, deadlift and bench press with our NEW Intro to Powerlifting course. This technique based class will cover everything you need to know to perform the Powerlifting movements safely and efficiently. We will cover powerlifting specific warm ups, stretches, technique exercises, and more to improve your knowledge and technique in powerlifting. After completing the course, we will be holding our very own Powerlifting Meet where you can put your new-found strength to the test. Registration for the meet is waived with purchasing this class.
