Are you interested in beginning or deepening your yoga practice? Join our Instructor Alex for a 6-week Intro to Yoga course where you will take an in-depth look into the history and meaning of Yoga, the ancient teachings, and philosophies behind the practice. You'll also work towards developing and progressing the foundational physical postures and creating a healthy and balanced lifestyle rooted in yoga philosophy .
