An adaptive hatha class that explores the union of body, breath, and mind with a meditative awareness called mindfulness. Students build strength, balance, and flexibility through asanas (postures), increase relaxation through pranayama (breath control) and cultivate a compassionate relationship with their moment-to- moment experience through mindfulness meditation. Suitable for all levels.
