Mindful Yoga - Marshall St. Studio - $0.00

An adaptive hatha class that explores the union of body, breath, and mind with a meditative awareness called mindfulness. Students build strength, balance, and flexibility through asanas (postures), increase relaxation through pranayama (breath control) and cultivate a compassionate relationship with their moment-to- moment experience through mindfulness meditation. Suitable for all levels.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Location: Marshall St. Studio (1300 W. Marshall St.)

Tuesday 12:00-1:00 pm (Danny)
