Learn the basics of kickboxing technique and de-stress with this high-intensity workout. This rhythmic-based cardio class will leave any fitness level feeling fierce!

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Location: Group Ex Studio

Sunday 4:30-5:30 PM (Emma)

Wednesday 6:15-7:15 PM (Emily H)
