Take your workouts to the next level with our Functional Fitness Training course! This class will incorporate strength and circuit training to build your overall fitness level while emphasizing proper form on functional movements. This class is devoted to using our FIT Zone, located on the first floor of the Fitness Center to build challenging and rewarding workouts. Consistent participation in this class will increase overall fitness level, strength and stamina. Small group sizes of 4-8 people ensure team camaraderie without sacrificing individual attention.
