- Mindful Yoga: Building a Home Practice
In this course, learn the fundamentals of building a personal mindful-yoga practice. This class will help the practitioner to build strength, balance, and flexibility through asanas (postures), to increase relaxation though pranayama (breath control) and to cultivate a compassionate relationship with their moment-to- moment experience through mindfulness meditation.
This program is lead by Lori Speagle E-RYT 200, RYT 500. Lori also has specialized training in Mindful Yoga and Meditation.
Prices: Student-$38, Faculty/Staff-$53, Member- $75.
