Small Group Training has made it's way to MCV! Join us for fun and fitness in this brand new class perfect for all age groups. This bootcamp style class will use circuits, team based workouts, and challenges to test you physically and mentally. Our Certified Personal Trainers will take you through 6 weeks of progressing workouts to break through plateaus and provide maximum results. Get down and dirty with small groups of no more than 15 and utilize our specialty fitness equipment. After 6 weeks, you’ll be wondering why it took you so long to sign up in the first place. No prior experience is necessary and our Trainers can modify all exercises to fit your current skill level, while coaching you to improve your body's capabailities.
