Looking to improve your ride? This class allows you to improve your core strength on and off the bike. Following a typical ride of hills, sprints and intervals, we’ll get off the bike and finish with a variety of core strength exercises. All levels welcome! This class will start in the Cycle Studio and finish in the Group Exersire Studio.
All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance
