Mindful Yoga - Cary St Gym - $0.00

An adaptive hatha class that explores the union of body, breath, and mind with a meditative awareness called mindfulness. Students build strength, balance, and flexibility through asanas (postures), increase relaxation through pranayama (breath control) and cultivate a compassionate relationship with their moment-to- moment experience through mindfulness meditation. Suitable for all levels.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Location: Mind Body Studio

Wednesday 12:00-1:00pm (Sydney M)

Friday 12:15-1:15pm (Diana/Lori)

Saturday 10:00-11:00am (Alex)
