Program Details

HIIT (high-intensity interval training) is a training technique in which you give all-out, quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Workouts are scalable to any fitness level with a focus on cardio and muscular strength/endurance.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Monday 7:45-8:30 AM (Carmen/Rachel D)

Tuesday 6:15-7:00 PM (Courtney/Chrisanthi)

Wednesday 8:00-8:45 AM (Steph)

Thursday 12:00-12:45 PM (Shayna)

Friday 8:00-8:45 AM (Mikayla)

Saturday 11:00-11:45 AM (Alexa)
