Program Details

HIIT (high-intensity interval training) is a training technique in which you give all-out, quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Workouts are scalable to any fitness level with a focus on cardio and muscular strength/endurance.

All program instances will be available for registration 24 hours in advance

Location: Group Exercise Studio or MAC Turf

FALL SCHEDULE BEGINS 8/19

Monday 7:45-8:30 AM (Adrian) - Group Exercise Studio

Wednesday 7:30-8:15 AM (Mikayla) - Group Exercise Studio

Saturday 11:00-11:45 AM (Mikayla/Jackson) - Group Exercise Studio
